UNESCO Experts To Visit Hampi On Oct. 24 For Heritage Site Assessment

A team of UNESCO experts, including international heritage specialists George Abungu and Ichita Shimoda, will visit Hampi on October 24 to assess the conservation and management of its historic monuments. The team will be in India from October 22 and will inspect Hampi and surrounding areas until October 27. Their assessment will focus on monument management, adherence to World Heritage Site guidelines, and overall heritage conservation efforts.
