Actor Hakim Shahjahan Recalls Missing Rajinikanth's 'Jailer' Before Joining Sequel

Actor Hakim Shahjahan has revealed he was initially approached for Rajinikanth's 'Jailer' but did not hear back from the makers, missing the opportunity. He later watched the film and regretted not being part of the project. For 'Jailer 2', the actor was called for look tests and auditions, and was presented with three character options to choose from. He ultimately selected the role of Sharva Kalpak after one initial choice did not work out as planned. The film's sequel has reportedly seen a rise in its box-office collections.

अभिनेता हाकिम शाहजहां ने बताया कि उन्हें पहले रजनीकांत की 'जेलर' के लिए अप्रोच किया गया था, लेकिन मेकर्स की तरफ से कोई जवाब नहीं आया और वे यह मौका चूक गए। बाद में उन्होंने फिल्म देखी और प्रोजेक्ट का हिस्सा न बनने का पछतावा हुआ। 'जेलर 2' के लिए, अभिनेता को लुक टेस्ट और ऑडिशन के लिए बुलाया गया था, और उन्हें चुनने के लिए तीन किरदारों के विकल्प दिए गए थे। एक शुरुआती पसंद के काम न करने के बाद उन्होंने आखिरकार शरवा कल्पक की भूमिका चुनी। रिपोर्टों के अनुसार, फिल्म के सीक्वल के बॉक्स-ऑफिस कलेक्शन में बढ़ोतरी देखी गई है।
