The 22.5-acre property, located in the exclusive Beverly Ridge Estates community, previously served as a temporary home for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle after their move to the US in 2020. The Mediterranean-style mansion spans approximately 24,500 square feet and features eight bedrooms and 12 bathrooms. Perry purchased the land for $4.3 million in 2004 and built the residence, completed in 2012. The estate also includes a guesthouse and staff quarters, offering significant privacy.
