A Gurugram resident of Trump Towers has accused M3M Builders and management of deactivating his lift call button and blocking deliveries, effectively putting him and his family under "house arrest." Varun Suhag stated that the lift delay of 30-40 minutes posed a significant risk, especially for his elderly mother and young child. He had to seek assistance to restore access to his apartment. Following public attention and his threat of legal action, the builder reportedly reactivated the lift.
