SC stays HC order on Noida DM's salary

The Supreme Court has provided significant relief to Noida DM Medha Roopam in a case related to worker protests. The court has temporarily halted the High Court's order directing the deduction of Rs 5 lakh from Roopam's salary as compensation. Additionally, the apex court has stayed the order that had cancelled the detention of student Akriti Chaudhary under the National Security Act. Chaudhary is accused of inciting violence after a protest.

एससी ने नोएडा डीएम के वेतन पर हाई कोर्ट के आदेश पर रोक लगाई

सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने नोएडा डीएम मेधा रूपम को बड़ी राहत दी है। कोर्ट ने हाई कोर्ट के उस आदेश पर रोक लगा दी है जिसमें रूपम के वेतन से 5 लाख रुपये काटने को कहा गया था। साथ ही, कोर्ट ने स्टूडेंट आकृति चौधरी की NSA के तहत हिरासत रद्द करने वाले आदेश पर भी रोक लगा दी है। आकृति पर विरोध प्रदर्शन के बाद हिंसा भड़काने का आरोप है।
