US Judge Blocks Trump Admin From Separating Suspected Noncitizen Ballots

A US judge has ordered the Trump administration to stop demanding that California election officials segregate ballots cast by people on lists of suspected noncitizens. US District Judge James Boasberg ruled that the administration's compiled lists were flawed and included many wrongly identified as noncitizens. The ruling came just before the midterm elections, with Republicans seeking to maintain control of Congress.
