Adani Begins Construction of 10,432 Dharavi Homes in Mumbai

Adani Enterprises has commenced construction on a significant rehabilitation housing project in Matunga, Mumbai, aimed at providing homes for eligible residents of Dharavi. The project involves building 10 towers with 10,432 rehabilitation apartments and 1,379 commercial units on a 22-acre site. Eligible residents will receive 350 square feet homes under the in-situ rehabilitation scheme. The towers are slated for handover in three phases, with the first five expected by March 2029 and the final three by August 2030.

Adani Enterprises ने मुंबई के माटुंगा में एक बड़े पुनर्वास आवास परियोजना पर निर्माण शुरू कर दिया है, जिसका लक्ष्य धारावी के योग्य निवासियों के लिए घर उपलब्ध कराना है। इस परियोजना में 22 एकड़ की साइट पर 10,432 पुनर्वास अपार्टमेंट और 1,379 वाणिज्यिक इकाइयों वाले 10 टावर का निर्माण शामिल है। योग्य निवासियों को इन-सीटू पुनर्वास योजना के तहत 350 वर्ग फुट के घर मिलेंगे। टावरों को तीन चरणों में सौंपा जाना है, जिसमें पहले पांच मार्च 2029 तक और अंतिम तीन अगस्त 2030 तक सौंपे जाने की उम्मीद है।
