Questions are being raised about Flydubai co-pilot Hammam Al Hammami following allegations of an attack on a pilot. Media reports suggest he previously faced investigation for extremist material while at Oman Air. Alleged social media posts showed images of Al-Qaeda leaders, though direct links are unproven. Claims of his stay in Syria and radicalisation are also under investigation. The central concern is how he was hired by Flydubai and reached the cockpit despite his alleged background.
