Four months after Indian-origin pilot Dave Fiji died in a helicopter crash minutes after his wedding, his widow Jesni Sam has filed a wrongful death lawsuit. The suit names the wedding venue and helicopter company, alleging negligence for flying in deteriorating weather. Fiji had reportedly expressed concerns about the weather, but the flight proceeded. Sam survived but was trapped in the wreckage for hours with her husband's body.
