Dale Smith Jr., the ex-fiancé of missing Orlando mother Michelle Parker, has been arrested on suspicion of second-degree murder. Parker vanished in November 2011, and her body has never been found. The arrest comes nearly 15 years after the 33-year-old mother of three disappeared. Her case gained significant attention because she vanished on the same day an episode of The People's Court featuring her and Smith aired. Smith had long been considered a suspect but had not previously been charged.
