Taylor Swift's 2011-purchased Pillsbury Estate in Beverly Hills is back on the market for USD 8 million. She bought the 4,360-square-foot Cape Cod-style cottage in 2011 for USD 3.55 million, her second property purchase. Swift lived in the home until 2018, writing parts of her album '1989' there. The property features four bedrooms, five bathrooms, a guest cottage, and a renovated gourmet kitchen. Fashion entrepreneur Nicolas Bijan and interior designer Roxy Bijan, who bought it from Swift in 2018, have since added renovations.
