Lara Projects Case: Court Defers Charges, Grants Relief to Lalu's Family

The Rouse Avenue Court has postponed the formal process of framing charges in the Lara Projects money laundering case. Lalu Prasad Yadav and Prem Chand Gupta have challenged the charges framing order in the Delhi High Court. The court clarified that accused individuals without a stay from the High Court must appear for the formal proceedings. Rabri Devi and Sarla Gupta were granted exemption from appearance due to health reasons, while Tejashwi Yadav received an exemption for travel-related reasons.

राउज एवेन्यू कोर्ट ने लारा प्रोजेक्ट्स मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग केस में चार्ज फ्रेमिंग की प्रक्रिया को टाल दिया है। लालू प्रसाद यादव और प्रेम चंद गुप्ता ने दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट में चार्ज फ्रेमिंग के आदेश को चुनौती दी है। कोर्ट ने साफ किया कि हाई कोर्ट से स्टे न मिलने वाले आरोपियों को चार्ज फ्रेमिंग की कार्यवाही में पेश होना होगा। राबड़ी देवी और सरला गुप्ता को स्वास्थ्य कारणों से पेशी से छूट मिली, जबकि तेजस्वी यादव को यात्रा संबंधी कारणों से छूट दी गई।
