Mumbai Police has ordered actor Imran Khan, nephew of Aamir Khan, to leave India. The order follows a complaint by former BJP MP Kirit Somaiya, who questioned Khan's participation in a protest as a foreign national. Somaiya had written to the Mumbai Police and the Union Home Secretary, seeking an investigation into Khan's presence at the demonstration and requesting a Look Out Circular. Police stated that Khan, not being an Indian citizen, violated immigration laws by participating in the protest.

मुंबई पुलिस ने एक्टर इमरान खान, जो आमिर खान के भतीजे हैं, को भारत छोड़ने का आदेश दिया है। यह आदेश पूर्व बीजेपी सांसद किरीट सोमैया की शिकायत के बाद आया है, जिन्होंने एक विदेशी नागरिक के तौर पर विरोध प्रदर्शन में खान की भागीदारी पर सवाल उठाया था। सोमैया ने मुंबई पुलिस और केंद्रीय गृह सचिव को खान की प्रदर्शन में मौजूदगी की जांच की मांग करते हुए और लुक आउट सर्कुलर जारी करने का अनुरोध करते हुए पत्र लिखा था। पुलिस ने कहा कि खान, जो भारतीय नागरिक नहीं हैं, ने विरोध प्रदर्शन में भाग लेकर आप्रवासन कानूनों का उल्लंघन किया है।
