Virat Kohli Yet to Win Player of the Match Award in New Zealand

TV9 Hindi · sports

Despite an impressive international career with 86 centuries, Indian cricketer Virat Kohli has never been awarded Player of the Match in any format during his tours of New Zealand. This is a rare anomaly for a player of his stature. Only three Indian cricketers, Kapil Dev, Sachin Tendulkar, and Rohit Sharma, have achieved this feat in SENA countries (South Africa, England, New Zealand, and Australia). Kohli has five remaining ODI matches in New Zealand to potentially achieve this milestone and join the elite list.
