Eshwar Khandre has ordered show-cause notices to be issued to officials for delays in wage payments under the Viksit Bharat–Guarantee for Rozgar and Ajeevika Mission Gramin scheme. The directive follows reports of delayed payments in 311 village panchayats across 12 districts, despite funds being released. The Minister expressed concern over the apathetic attitude of officials, which has led to people migrating for work. He instructed department secretaries and Zilla Panchayat CEOs to prevent future lapses, noting the scheme's importance for distressed farmers, Dalits, and Backward Classes.

कर्नाटक के RDPR मंत्री बी. ईश्वर खंड्रे ने Viksit Bharat–Guarantee for Rozgar and Ajeevika Mission Gramin योजना के तहत मजदूरी भुगतान में देरी के लिए अधिकारियों को कारण बताओ नोटिस जारी करने का आदेश दिया है। यह निर्देश 12 जिलों के 311 ग्राम पंचायतों में फंड जारी होने के बावजूद देरी से भुगतान की रिपोर्टों के बाद आया है। मंत्री ने अधिकारियों के उदासीन रवैये पर चिंता व्यक्त की, जिसके कारण लोगों को काम के लिए पलायन करना पड़ा। उन्होंने विभाग के सचिवों और जिला पंचायत सीईओ को भविष्य में ऐसी चूक को रोकने का निर्देश दिया, और इस योजना को जरूरतमंद किसानों, दलितों और पिछड़ी जातियों के लिए महत्वपूर्ण बताया।
