KTR Slams Gajwel MRO For Allegedly Insulting Farmers

Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) working president K.T. Rama Rao has demanded action against the Mandal Revenue Officer (MRO) of Gajwel in Siddipet district. The officer allegedly asked farmers, who approached him with land-related issues, why they hadn't consumed pesticide to end their lives. Rama Rao stated that such inhuman behaviour from a responsible officer is unacceptable and belittles farmers seeking solutions. He urged the Chief Secretary to investigate the matter and take necessary action against the revenue officer for his insensitive remarks.

भारत राष्ट्र समिति (बीआरएस) के कार्यकारी अध्यक्ष के.टी. रामा राव ने सिद्दीपेट जिले के गजवेल के मंडल राजस्व अधिकारी (एमआरओ) के खिलाफ कार्रवाई की मांग की है। अधिकारी ने कथित तौर पर भूमि संबंधी मुद्दों को लेकर उनके पास पहुंचे किसानों से पूछा कि उन्होंने अपनी जान खत्म करने के लिए कीटनाशक का सेवन क्यों नहीं किया। राव ने कहा कि एक जिम्मेदार अधिकारी का ऐसा अमानवीय व्यवहार अस्वीकार्य है और समाधान चाहने वाले किसानों को नीचा दिखाता है। उन्होंने मुख्य सचिव से मामले की जांच करने और अपनी असंवेदनशील टिप्पणियों के लिए राजस्व अधिकारी के खिलाफ आवश्यक कार्रवाई करने का आग्रह किया।
