The Cockroach Janata Party (CJP) has accused the Delhi Police of refusing to register an FIR against ACP Vivek Bhagat for alleged molestation. CJP claims police cited an ongoing Crime Branch investigation as the reason for refusal, despite the law mandating FIR registration without inquiry. This accusation comes after three women journalists alleged manhandling by police during a protest. The CJP is protesting outside the Parliament Street police station, demanding action and access to the victim. Delhi Police confirmed a complaint was lodged and referred to the Crime Branch.
