Mumbai Police Charge Minor Driver and Cousin After Tanker Crash

Mumbai police have charged a 14-year-old boy and his 20-year-old cousin, Durgesh Pathak, after the minor allegedly drove a speeding water tanker into a residential building's wall. The incident occurred early Sunday morning in Andheri East after Pathak allegedly allowed the boy to drive. The tanker first struck a parked SUV before hitting the compound wall. Police have impounded the tanker and are searching for its owner, while also investigating how the boy gained access to the vehicle. No pedestrians were injured in the crash.

मुंबई पुलिस ने 14 साल के लड़के और उसके 20 साल के चचेरे भाई दुर्गेश पाठक पर केस दर्ज किया है। आरोप है कि नाबालिग ने तेज रफ्तार वॉटर टैंकर से एक रिहायशी इमारत की दीवार में टक्कर मार दी। यह घटना रविवार तड़के अंधेरी ईस्ट में हुई। पुलिस का कहना है कि पाठक ने लड़के को टैंकर चलाने दिया था। टैंकर ने पहले एक खड़ी SUV को टक्कर मारी, फिर कंपाउंड की दीवार से जा भिड़ा। पुलिस ने टैंकर जब्त कर लिया है और उसके मालिक की तलाश कर रही है। साथ ही, यह भी जांच की जा रही है कि लड़के को गाड़ी कैसे मिली। इस हादसे में कोई पैदल यात्री घायल नहीं हुआ।
