Uttarakhand HC Slams Police For Detaining Activist

उत्तराखंड हाई कोर्ट ने एक्टिविस्ट प्रभात ध्यानी को हिरासत में लेने पर पुलिस की कड़ी आलोचना की है। कोर्ट ने सवाल उठाया कि क्या पुलिस सरकार की छवि बचाती है या लोगों के हकों की। कोर्ट ने कहा कि नागरिकों को संविधान से मिले अधिकार रोकने का पुलिस को कोई हक नहीं है। संबंधित अधिकारी को केस में पक्षकार बनाने और वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधिकारियों को नोटिस जारी करने का आदेश दिया गया है।
