केंद्रीय मंत्री नितिन गडकरी को मुंबई के ट्रैफिक का सीधा अनुभव हुआ। वर्ली से जाम के कारण उन्हें एक घंटे की देरी हुई। उन्होंने कहा कि पुराने फ्लाईओवर शहर की बढ़ती आबादी का बोझ नहीं उठा पा रहे हैं। गडकरी ने पुणे के लिए 50,000 करोड़ के इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर प्रोग्राम का भी जिक्र किया और मल्टी-लेवल फ्लाईओवर के लिए मलेशिया से नई तकनीक लाने की बात कही।
