The Madhya Pradesh High Court's Indore bench has provided relief to a woman, who gained attention during the Mahakumbh, by quashing an order that altered her date of birth. The Chief Municipal Officer of Maheshwar town had changed her date of birth without informing her or providing an opportunity to be heard, violating natural justice principles. The court directed the CMO to re-evaluate the application for date of birth correction, ensuring the woman is heard.

मध्य प्रदेश हाई कोर्ट की इंदौर बेंच ने एक महिला को राहत दी है, जो महाकुंभ के दौरान चर्चा में आई थी। कोर्ट ने उस आदेश को रद्द कर दिया है जिसमें उसकी जन्म तिथि बदली गई थी। महेशवर कस्बे के Chief Municipal Officer (CMO) ने उसे सूचित किए बिना या सुनवाई का मौका दिए बिना उसकी जन्म तिथि बदल दी थी, जो प्राकृतिक न्याय के सिद्धांतों का उल्लंघन था। कोर्ट ने CMO को जन्म तिथि सुधार के आवेदन का पुनर्मूल्यांकन करने का निर्देश दिया है, यह सुनिश्चित करते हुए कि महिला को सुना जाए।
