A massive boulder crushed a tempo on the Jammu-Srinagar highway, resulting in two fatalities and four injuries. The incident led to the suspension of vehicular traffic on the highway due to multiple landslides. Officials also narrowly avoided separate landslides on the Jammu-Poonch highway. Continuous rainfall in the Jammu region caused further mudslides and falling stones, impacting travel and daily life.

जम्मू-श्रीनगर हाईवे पर एक बड़ा पत्थर टेम्पो पर गिर गया, जिससे दो लोगों की मौत हो गई और चार घायल हो गए। कई भूस्खलन के कारण हाईवे पर गाड़ियों का आना-जाना बंद कर दिया गया। जम्मू-पुंछ हाईवे पर भी अधिकारियों ने अलग-अलग भूस्खलन से बाल-बाल बचा। जम्मू क्षेत्र में लगातार बारिश से और मिट्टी धंसने और पत्थर गिरने की घटनाएं हुईं, जिससे यात्रा और जनजीवन प्रभावित हुआ।
