The Kerala government has sought legal opinion from the State Advocate General's office regarding the prosecution of ADGP M.R. Ajith Kumar in a Youth Congress worker assault case. Home Minister Ramesh Chennithala initiated the process based on a statement of facts filed by the charging officer in the Alappuzha district court.

केरल सरकार ने यूथ कांग्रेस कार्यकर्ता पर हमले के मामले में ADGP एम.आर. अजित कुमार पर मुकदमा चलाने के संबंध में राज्य के महाधिवक्ता (Advocate General) के कार्यालय से कानूनी राय मांगी है। गृह मंत्री रमेश चेन्निथला ने अलप्पुझा जिला अदालत में चार्जिंग अधिकारी द्वारा दायर तथ्यों के बयान के आधार पर यह प्रक्रिया शुरू की है।
