Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has criticized allies for failing to provide advance warning of a massive Russian overnight missile and drone attack. The assault, one of Moscow's broadest in months, targeted energy facilities across Ukraine, cutting power to over half a million households. More than 10 energy facilities were damaged, alongside other infrastructure like railway stations and residential buildings. Ukrainian air defences reportedly downed hundreds of drones and missiles, but the lack of early warning for the initial ballistic missile strikes is under investigation.
