Kanpur Plane Crash: No Distress Call, Probe Finds

AAIB probe into the Kanpur plane crash on August 27 revealed that Garg Aviation did not fully follow required flight-monitoring procedures. The training aircraft crashed less than 20 minutes after takeoff, killing an instructor and a trainee pilot. The operator could not provide records of flight-data checks, and lacked a Standard Operating Procedure for monitoring. The AAIB has recommended that the DGCA issue clearer guidelines for Flying Training Organisations on monitoring flight data.

की कानपुर प्लेन क्रैश पर 27 अगस्त की जांच से पता चला कि गार्ग एविएशन ने ज़रूरी फ़्लाइट-मॉनिटरिंग प्रक्रियाओं का पूरी तरह पालन नहीं किया। यह ट्रेनिंग एयरक्राफ्ट टेकऑफ़ के 20 मिनट से भी कम समय में क्रैश हो गया था, जिसमें एक इंस्ट्रक्टर और एक ट्रेनी पायलट की मौत हो गई। ऑपरेटर फ़्लाइट-डेटा चेक्स के रिकॉर्ड नहीं दे सका, और मॉनिटरिंग के लिए स्टैंडर्ड ऑपरेटिंग प्रोसीजर (SOP) भी नहीं था। AAIB ने DGCA को सुझाव दिया है कि फ़्लाइंग ट्रेनिंग ऑर्गनाइजेशन्स के लिए फ़्लाइट डेटा मॉनिटर करने के बारे में ज़्यादा साफ़ गाइडलाइन्स जारी करें।
