केंद्रीय गृह मंत्री अमित शाह ने दिल्ली में यमुना नदी की सफाई के लिए ₹8,941 करोड़ की परियोजनाओं का उद्घाटन किया। उन्होंने कांग्रेस और आप सहित विपक्षी दलों की आलोचना की और कहा कि विरोध प्रदर्शन व्यर्थ हैं और पंजाब में अगली सरकार NDA की बनेगी। शाह ने दिल्ली की पिछली सरकारों पर यमुना में सीवेज छोड़ने का आरोप लगाया, जिसे उनकी सरकार संबोधित कर रही है। उन्होंने आगामी पंजाब विधानसभा चुनावों में आप की हार की भविष्यवाणी भी की और वादा किया कि अगर NDA की सरकार बनती है तो नशीली दवाओं की तस्करी को समाप्त कर दिया जाएगा।
