Union minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan asserted that the party has lost public trust, citing losses in bypolls and internal factionalism. BJP MP Anurag Thakur accused Gandhi of disregarding facts and rules, threatening the judiciary, and belittling the popular mandate through street protests. The party alleged that Gandhi's actions amounted to spreading disorder with foreign support, questioning his disregard for constitutional institutions and global defamation of India.

बीजेपी ने राहुल गांधी की आलोचना करते हुए कहा है कि कांग्रेस की चुनावी हार का कारण उसका 'दृष्टिहीन' नेतृत्व है, न कि चुनाव आयोग। केंद्रीय मंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने जोर देकर कहा कि पार्टी ने जनता का विश्वास खो दिया है, जिसका प्रमाण उपचुनावों में हार और आंतरिक गुटबाजी है। बीजेपी सांसद अनुराग ठाकुर ने गांधी पर तथ्यों और नियमों की अवहेलना करने, न्यायपालिका को धमकाने और सड़क पर विरोध प्रदर्शनों के माध्यम से जनमत को नीचा दिखाने का आरोप लगाया। पार्टी ने आरोप लगाया कि गांधी के कार्यों से विदेशी समर्थन से अव्यवस्था फैल रही है, और उनके संवैधानिक संस्थाओं की उपेक्षा और भारत के वैश्विक अपमान पर सवाल उठाए।
