Dubrovsky, who specializes in negotiating ransom payments, is suspected of aiding the ShinyHunters hacking group, which claimed responsibility for the breach. The stolen information included home addresses and Social Security numbers. FBI Director Kash Patel confirmed the arrest, vowing to continue international cooperation to disrupt the hacking group and its associates. Dubrovsky faces a conspiracy-to-commit-extortion charge.
