Gorakhpur to Get 15th Railway Overbridge in Seven Years

Gorakhpur is set to inaugurate its 15th railway overbridge and flyover in seven years with Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath scheduled to open the new Bhopa Bazar railway overbridge. This new structure, built at a cost of ₹59.44 crore, aims to alleviate long-standing traffic congestion caused by the frequent closure of the Bhopa Bazar railway gate. Over the past seven years, Gorakhpur has seen the construction of 14 similar bridges and flyovers, collectively costing ₹1,215.39 crore.
