AAP Functionary Booked, Two Workers Arrested For Selling Banned Capsules

Police in Patiala have booked an Aam Aadmi Party functionary and arrested two of his workers for allegedly selling banned narcotic capsules. The arrests followed a decoy operation by a local BJP representative who demanded an FIR against the AAP functionary. The workers were apprehended with the contraband at a workshop but later secured bail. The AAP functionary, who was not present during the arrests, was named as the third accused based on the workers' interrogation. Police are currently investigating the supply chain of these banned capsules.

पटियाला पुलिस ने आम आदमी पार्टी (आप) के एक पदाधिकारी पर केस दर्ज किया है और उसके दो कार्यकर्ताओं को कथित तौर पर प्रतिबंधित नशीली गोलियां बेचने के आरोप में गिरफ्तार किया है। यह गिरफ्तारी एक स्थानीय भाजपा प्रतिनिधि द्वारा की गई मुखबिर कार्रवाई के बाद हुई, जिसने आप पदाधिकारी के खिलाफ FIR दर्ज करने की मांग की थी। कार्यकर्ताओं को कार्यशाला में तस्करी के सामान के साथ पकड़ा गया था, लेकिन बाद में उन्हें जमानत मिल गई। कार्यकर्ताओं की पूछताछ के आधार पर, जो गिरफ्तारी के समय मौजूद नहीं थे, आप पदाधिकारी को तीसरे आरोपी के रूप में नामजद किया गया है। पुलिस वर्तमान में इन प्रतिबंधित गोलियों की सप्लाई चेन की जांच कर रही है।
