Delhi-NCR Schools to Remain Open Amidst Rain and Protests

News18 Hindi · india

Schools in Delhi and its surrounding NCR regions will remain open, as no official holiday has been declared by the Delhi government or administration. Despite heavy rainfall causing waterlogging and ongoing protests leading to traffic disruptions in several parts of the city, authorities have not issued any closure orders. Parents are advised to check school-specific guidelines, as individual institutions may decide on local holidays based on waterlogging or accessibility issues. Commuters are warned of potential traffic jams on key routes due to security arrangements for demonstrations.
