Foreign Investment in Russian Bonds Rises

The share of foreign investment in Russian federal loan bonds, known as OFZ, has seen an increase. As of July 1, 2026, non-residents held 3% of these bonds. By the end of July, this share had climbed to 3.1%. This indicates a growing interest from international investors in Russian government debt.
