Actor Akshay Oberoi revealed that Salman Khan advised him 16 years ago that his debut film, 'Issi Life Mein', would not succeed and suggested he pursue television instead. Oberoi, who debuted in 2010, admitted he didn't understand the advice then, but it proved accurate as the film flopped. This led to a difficult period in his career, struggling to find subsequent film roles. The film, with a budget of ₹8.5 crore, only grossed ₹1.39 crore worldwide. Oberoi will next be seen in Shah Rukh Khan's film 'King'.
