NCP (SP) MLA Claims Mahayuti Leaders Support Party Candidate

NCP (SP) MLA Rohit Pawar stated on Tuesday that some leaders from the ruling Mahayuti coalition are supporting his party's candidate for the Aurangabad Graduates' Constituency polls. He specifically named Sillod Shiv Sena MLA Abdul Sattar for openly backing Pratapsinh Patil, the NCP (SP) candidate. Pawar criticized the opponent, Satish Chavan, for alleged inaction on pressing issues and for disappearing after elections. He also demanded government aid for drought-affected farmers and their labourers, calling the announced Rs5,000 insufficient.

NCP (SP) के विधायक रोहित पवार ने मंगलवार को कहा कि सत्ताधारी महायुति गठबंधन के कुछ नेता औरंगाबाद स्नातक निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के चुनावों के लिए उनकी पार्टी के उम्मीदवार का समर्थन कर रहे हैं। उन्होंने विशेष रूप से सिल्लॉड शिवसेना विधायक अब्दुल सत्तार का नाम लिया, जो NCP (SP) उम्मीदवार प्रतापसिंह पाटील का खुले तौर पर समर्थन कर रहे हैं। पवार ने प्रतिद्वंद्वी सतीश चव्हाण की ज्वलंत मुद्दों पर कथित निष्क्रियता और चुनाव के बाद गायब हो जाने के लिए आलोचना की। उन्होंने सूखा प्रभावित किसानों और उनके मजदूरों के लिए सरकारी सहायता की भी मांग की, घोषित 5,000 रुपये को अपर्याप्त बताया।
