CJP ने दिल्ली के कनॉट प्लेस में 'लहरा दो तिरंगा' विरोध का आह्वान किया है। यह प्रदर्शन पार्टी नेताओं सौरव दास और आशुतोष रांका की हिरासत और न्यायिक हिरासत के जवाब में है। CJP के संस्थापक अभिजीत दीपके ने कहा कि राष्ट्रीय ध्वज फहराना देशभक्ति की एक मौलिक अभिव्यक्ति है, कोई आपराधिक कृत्य नहीं। उन्होंने नागरिकों से तिरंगे के साथ विरोध में शामिल होने का आग्रह किया और कहा कि सरकार की कार्रवाई लोगों को चुप नहीं करा पाएगी। देश भर में समानांतर 'तिरंगा मार्च' की भी योजना है।
