Ex-MP Vinayak Raut, Family Accused of Harassment

Former MP Vinayak Raut and six others face charges after his daughter-in-law, Girija Raut, filed a complaint alleging physical and mental harassment. She claimed occult rituals and unidentified pills were administered to help her conceive. Girija stated prolonged mental harassment prevented her from speaking out earlier. Police have arrested one accused, Firoz Baba, and are investigating the matter further.

पूर्व सांसद विनायक राऊत और छह अन्य लोगों पर उनकी बहू गिरिजा राऊत द्वारा शारीरिक और मानसिक उत्पीड़न की शिकायत के बाद मामला दर्ज किया गया है। गिरिजा का आरोप है कि उन्हें गर्भवती कराने के लिए तांत्रिक अनुष्ठान और अज्ञात दवाएं दी गईं। गिरिजा ने बताया कि लंबे समय से चले आ रहे मानसिक उत्पीड़न के कारण वह पहले बोल नहीं पा रही थीं। पुलिस ने एक आरोपी फिरोज बाबा को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है और आगे की जांच कर रही है।
