Jewar Airport Built To Be Sold Off, Alleges Akhilesh Yadav

Samajwadi Party president Akhilesh Yadav has alleged that the upcoming Jewar airport was constructed with the intention of selling it off once its connectivity improves. He claimed that the central government has already privatized numerous airports across the country and will do the same with Jewar. Yadav also commented on the renaming of the airport, suggesting that projects are named during a leader's lifetime when their legacy is uncertain. He reaffirmed the SP's alliance for the 2027 polls and dismissed any seat-sharing issues with the Congress.

समाजवादी पार्टी के अध्यक्ष अखिलेश यादव ने आरोप लगाया है कि आने वाले जेवर एयरपोर्ट को उसकी कनेक्टिविटी बेहतर होने के बाद बेचने के इरादे से बनाया गया है। उन्होंने दावा किया कि केंद्र सरकार ने पहले ही देश भर में कई हवाई अड्डों का निजीकरण कर दिया है और जेवर के साथ भी ऐसा ही करेगी। यादव ने हवाई अड्डे का नाम बदलने पर भी टिप्पणी की, यह सुझाव देते हुए कि परियोजनाओं का नाम किसी नेता के जीवनकाल में तब रखा जाता है जब उनकी विरासत अनिश्चित होती है। उन्होंने 2027 के चुनावों के लिए सपा के गठबंधन की पुष्टि की और कांग्रेस के साथ सीट-बंटवारे के किसी भी मुद्दे को खारिज कर दिया।
