Sanmarg Group Acquires Tehelka.com Private Limited, Plans Weekly Publication

Sanmarg Group has completed the acquisition of Tehelka.com Private Limited from its existing investors in October, marking its entry into the magazine segment. The group plans to transition Tehelka from a fortnightly to a weekly publication and invest in restoring its legacy and investigative journalism. Arvind Chaturvedi has been appointed as the new chief editor to lead the publication. This acquisition expands Sanmarg Group's presence into the magazine business, complementing its existing online and digital media operations.

सनमार्ग ग्रुप ने अक्टूबर में अपने मौजूदा निवेशकों से तेहेलका.कॉम प्राइवेट लिमिटेड का अधिग्रहण पूरा कर लिया है। इससे ग्रुप ने मैगज़ीन सेगमेंट में कदम रखा है। ग्रुप तेहेलका को पखवाड़े में एक बार से बदलकर साप्ताहिक प्रकाशन बनाने की योजना बना रहा है और इसकी विरासत और खोजी पत्रकारिता को बहाल करने में निवेश करेगा। अरविंद चतुर्वेदी को प्रकाशन का नेतृत्व करने के लिए नए मुख्य संपादक के रूप में नियुक्त किया गया है। इस अधिग्रहण से सनमार्ग ग्रुप की मैगज़ीन व्यवसाय में उपस्थिति बढ़ी है, जो इसके मौजूदा ऑनलाइन और डिजिटल मीडिया संचालन को पूरा करता है।
