Indian Test cricketer Hanuma Vihari, once hailed as the next 'Wall', is now in obscurity. Vihari bravely played through a hamstring injury in the 2021 Sydney Test, saving India from defeat. However, he was dropped in July 2022 and hasn't played for India since. He revealed feeling deeply hurt and abandoned by the team management after his last conversation with coach Rahul Dravid. Vihari's career decline was also attributed to a dispute with the Andhra Cricket Association, where he was allegedly forced to resign captaincy after confronting a politician's son.
