Nagaur District Tops India In Crop Diversification Under PM Scheme

Nagaur district in Rajasthan has achieved the top position nationally for promoting crop diversification and sustainable farming under the Pradhan Mantri Dhan-Dhaanya Krishi Yojana. The district scored 18.44 points in this category. Nagaur also secured fourth place nationally for improving post-harvest storage capacity and access to agricultural credit, and fifth for increasing farm productivity. Rajasthan has eight districts among the 100 selected for the scheme, which aims to enhance agricultural productivity and sustainability. Crop diversification is highlighted as crucial for farmer prosperity and natural resource conservation.

राजस्थान के नागौर जिले ने प्रधानमंत्री धन-धान्य कृषि योजना के तहत फसल विविधीकरण और टिकाऊ खेती को बढ़ावा देने में राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर शीर्ष स्थान हासिल किया है। जिले ने इस श्रेणी में 18.44 अंक प्राप्त किए। नागौर ने कटाई के बाद भंडारण क्षमता और कृषि ऋण तक पहुंच में सुधार के लिए राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर चौथा स्थान और कृषि उत्पादकता बढ़ाने के लिए पांचवां स्थान भी हासिल किया। इस योजना के लिए चुने गए 100 जिलों में राजस्थान के आठ जिले शामिल हैं, जिसका उद्देश्य कृषि उत्पादकता और स्थिरता को बढ़ाना है। किसानों की समृद्धि और प्राकृतिक संसाधनों के संरक्षण के लिए फसल विविधीकरण को महत्वपूर्ण बताया गया है।
