Heavy Rain Alert: Schools Closed in UP, Uttarakhand

Authorities have ordered schools to close in several districts across Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, and Jharkhand, due to heavy to extremely heavy rainfall warnings issued by the India Meteorological Department. In Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow, Ayodhya, and Kaushambi will close schools up to Class 12, while other districts will close up to Class 8. Ranchi in Jharkhand will also close schools from KG to Class 12, though teachers and staff must report for non-academic duties. Uttarakhand's Nainital and Pithoragarh districts will shut schools and anganwadi centers.

यूपी, उत्तराखंड में भारी बारिश का अलर्ट, स्कूल बंद

उत्तर प्रदेश, उत्तराखंड और झारखंड के कई जिलों में भारी बारिश की चेतावनी के चलते स्कूलों को बंद करने का आदेश दिया गया है। उत्तर प्रदेश में लखनऊ, अयोध्या और कौशांबी में 12वीं तक के स्कूल बंद रहेंगे, जबकि अन्य जिलों में 8वीं तक के स्कूल बंद रहेंगे। झारखंड के रांची में भी KG से 12वीं तक के स्कूल बंद रहेंगे, लेकिन शिक्षक और स्टाफ को ड्यूटी पर आना होगा। उत्तराखंड के नैनीताल और पिथौरागढ़ जिलों में स्कूल और आंगनवाड़ी केंद्र बंद रहेंगे।
