After losing her parents at a young age, Rani took on the responsibility of her younger siblings. Facing financial hardship, she worked as a farm labourer to fund her education up to 12th grade. She later pursued a BA but dropped out to prioritize her siblings' future, working and tutoring to support them. Rani also began helping the needy with her earnings, focusing on women facing domestic violence and children in orphanages. She joined the Mahila Unnati Sanstha, further expanding her charitable work.

कम उम्र में माता-पिता को खोने के बाद, रानी ने अपने छोटे भाई-बहनों की ज़िम्मेदारी संभाली। आर्थिक तंगी का सामना करते हुए, उन्होंने 12वीं कक्षा तक की पढ़ाई के लिए खेत मजदूर के तौर पर काम किया। बाद में उन्होंने बीए की पढ़ाई शुरू की लेकिन भाई-बहनों की प्राथमिकता के लिए पढ़ाई छोड़ दी, और उनकी मदद के लिए काम और ट्यूशन पढ़ाया। रानी ने अपनी कमाई से जरूरतमंदों की मदद भी शुरू की, खासकर घरेलू हिंसा का सामना करने वाली महिलाओं और अनाथालयों के बच्चों पर ध्यान केंद्रित किया। उन्होंने महिला उन्नति संस्था में शामिल होकर अपने चैरिटी के काम को और बढ़ाया।
