Kannur Prison Inmates Booked For Assaulting Official

Three inmates at Kannur Central Prison in Kerala have been booked by the Kannur Town police for allegedly assaulting a prison official and attempting to attack other personnel. The incident occurred on September 22 in the prison's 10th block. One inmate reportedly refused instructions, verbally abused, and assaulted an assistant prison officer. When others intervened, two more inmates allegedly attempted to attack them and obstructed their duties.
