Virat Kohli Climbs to Number 2 in ICC ODI Rankings After Century

Following his explosive century against West Indies, Indian batsman Virat Kohli has surged to the second position in the latest ICC ODI rankings. Kohli's unbeaten 139 runs in the first match propelled his rating points to 796, his highest since July 2022. He has now overtaken Daryl Mitchell in the rankings. Indian captain Shubman Gill remains at the top with 816 rating points after also scoring a century. Spinner Kuldeep Yadav also benefited, moving up four places to fifth after taking four wickets in the same match.
