SS Retail Raises Rs 146 Crore Anchor Round

SS Retail has successfully raised Rs 146 crore from anchor investors ahead of its upcoming IPO, which is set to open for public subscription on September 16. The company allocated 34.52 lakh shares at Rs 424 per share. Domestic mutual funds were the primary participants, acquiring 83.13% of the anchor allocation. Magnum Equity Ex emerged as the largest anchor investor, followed by ICICI Prudential Active Momentum Fund and Kotak Mahindra Trustee Co.

एसएस रिटेल ने अपने आने वाले आईपीओ से पहले एंकर निवेशकों से ₹146 करोड़ जुटाए हैं। यह आईपीओ 16 सितंबर को खुलेगा। कंपनी ने ₹424 प्रति शेयर की दर से 34.52 लाख शेयर आवंटित किए। इसमें घरेलू म्यूचुअल फंड सबसे आगे रहे, जिन्होंने 83.13% हिस्सेदारी खरीदी। मैग्नम इक्विटी एक्स सबसे बड़ा एंकर निवेशक रहा, इसके बाद आईसीआईसीआई प्रूडेंशियल एक्टिव मोमेंटम फंड और कोटक महिंद्रा ट्रस्टी कंपनी का नंबर आया।
