Chhota Rajan Acquitted in 2009 Shiv Sena Leader Attempted Murder Case

A special CBI court in Mumbai has acquitted gangster Chhota Rajan and four others, including Pune builder Surendrakumar Agarwal, in a 2009 attempted murder case. The charges related to the attempt on Shiv Sena leader Ajay Bhosale's life. Rajan, who was out on bail for this case, will remain in jail due to a life sentence in another conviction. The case involved allegations of a property dispute and threats, culminating in a firing incident where Bhosale escaped unharmed but his driver was injured.

मुंबई की एक विशेष सीबीआई अदालत ने 2009 के हत्या के प्रयास के मामले में गैंगस्टर छोटा राजन और पुणे के बिल्डर सुरेंद्रकुमार अग्रवाल सहित चार अन्य को बरी कर दिया है। आरोप शिवसेना नेता अजय भोसले की जान लेने की कोशिश से जुड़े थे। राजन, जो इस मामले में जमानत पर बाहर था, एक अन्य मामले में आजीवन कारावास की सजा के कारण जेल में ही रहेगा। इस मामले में संपत्ति विवाद और धमकियों के आरोप शामिल थे, जिसके बाद गोलीबारी की घटना हुई जिसमें भोसले बाल-बाल बच गए लेकिन उनके ड्राइवर को चोटें आईं।
