Pune Building Collapse Kills Eight, One Missing

Eight people have died and one remains missing after a building collapse at the Moshi waste-to-energy plant in Pune. Rescue teams worked for over 79 hours to find the missing individual. The incident occurred on Wednesday afternoon. The chief of the waste plant operator blamed heavy rainfall for the structural failure. Compensation has been announced for the families of the victims.

पुणे के मोशी वेस्ट-टू-एनर्जी प्लांट में बिल्डिंग गिरने से आठ लोगों की मौत हो गई और एक अभी भी लापता है। लापता व्यक्ति को खोजने के लिए बचाव दलों ने 79 घंटे से ज़्यादा काम किया। यह हादसा बुधवार दोपहर को हुआ था। प्लांट ऑपरेटर के प्रमुख ने भारी बारिश को बिल्डिंग गिरने की वजह बताया है। पीड़ितों के परिवारों को मुआवज़ा देने का ऐलान किया गया है।
