CREDAI Chennai Establishes Anti-Corruption Panel, SOP for Reporting Graft

CREDAI Chennai has formed an Anti-Corruption Committee and introduced a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to address corruption, undue gratification, and coercion within the real estate sector. This initiative aligns with Tamil Nadu Chief Minister C. Joseph Vijay's zero-tolerance policy towards corruption. The SOP covers various government services essential for member projects, including planning permissions, building permits, and utility connections. Genuine corruption cases will be reported to the Chief Minister’s Special Cell and the Directorate of Vigilance and Anti-Corruption. Complaints can be submitted by individuals associated with CREDAI Chennai member developers.

क्रेडाई चेन्नई ने रियल एस्टेट क्षेत्र में भ्रष्टाचार, अनुचित लाभ और जबरदस्ती से निपटने के लिए एक भ्रष्टाचार-विरोधी समिति का गठन किया है और एक स्टैंडर्ड ऑपरेटिंग प्रोसीजर (एसओपी) पेश किया है। यह पहल तमिलनाडु के मुख्यमंत्री सी. जोसेफ विजय की भ्रष्टाचार के प्रति शून्य-सहिष्णुता नीति के अनुरूप है। एसओपी में योजना की मंजूरी, भवन परमिट और उपयोगिता कनेक्शन सहित सदस्य परियोजनाओं के लिए आवश्यक विभिन्न सरकारी सेवाएं शामिल हैं। वास्तविक भ्रष्टाचार के मामलों की रिपोर्ट मुख्यमंत्री के विशेष प्रकोष्ठ और सतर्कता और भ्रष्टाचार निरोधक निदेशालय को की जाएगी। क्रेडाई चेन्नई के सदस्य डेवलपर्स से जुड़े व्यक्ति शिकायतें दर्ज करा सकते हैं।
