Wisconsin Demolition Expert Creates 300-Ton Scrap Metal Sculpture
Times of India · interesting
A demolition expert in Wisconsin spent years transforming salvaged industrial machinery into the Forevertron, a colossal 300-ton sculpture. Standing 50 feet high and 120 feet wide, it is the centerpiece of Dr. Evermor’s Art Park. The late Tom Every, known as Dr. Evermor, envisioned the sculpture as a machine capable of sending him into space. Incorporating components like Thomas Edison dynamos and Apollo 11 decontamination equipment, the artwork reflects an eccentric fusion of industrial salvage and imaginative design. The park itself features numerous other fantastical metal creations.
