MMC Alumni Donate Pink Autos To Destitute Mothers

Over 110 alumni of Madras Medical College (MMC), who began their medical journey in 1976, reunited to celebrate their golden jubilee. The alumni, many of whom travelled from abroad, gathered at the institution's historic 'Red Fort' building. In collaboration with the Rotary Club of Madras Esplanade, they sponsored five pink autorickshaws, each costing ₹1.75 lakh. These vehicles are intended to support destitute mothers, providing them with essential transportation assistance.
